I have a DEADLINE

3 years...actually it's more like 2 years and 20 some-odd days. That's how long it is before I graduate and say good-bye to high school and hello to...what? I honestly don't know yet. My plan is to be saying "hello" to college. But what is college going to offer me? A degree in Spanish? A degree in Journalism or English? What do i want? Do i want to travel the world and speak different languages? Do i want to write scripts for a television show like i've been practicing doing for the past 3 years? Do i even want to be a doctor? What about a mom? When do I want to settle down and start a family? Do i really want to move to a place like LA in order to mingle with other screenwriters? Do i really want to associate myself with the people in Hollywood? Am I even CAPABLE or WORTHY enough to associate myself with them? Do i really want to spend years and years study spanish? I mean, I've already spent 4 years studying it. Am i in too deep to quit? Is my future in Spain? Hollywood? Arizona? I'm i destined to serve a mission? Does Heavenly Father want me to be learning spanish for some future purpose? Lately, those are just A FEW of the questions that have been clouding my mind.

I have a DEADLINE...2 years and 20 some odd days...

The Wire Tapes 2! In the works!!

I just found out the other day via Chris Carrabba's twitter that he's brainstorming ideas for songs to cover for another Wire Tape album!!! And I am super excited!! The last one was amazing...I mean...it brought "El Scorcho" to me!!! I just can't wait! And I also found out that he's been spending a TON of time in the studio working on new songs that he claims are "the best writing he's had in a while". Which makes me happy and sad at the same time. I'm happy because this means that his next album should be INCREDIBLE,but the fact that he's still in the studio means that the album should come out later than scheduled. ugh. it just better be good.

I just now realized how GREAT The Fray really is!!

So lately I've been listening to The Fray's newest self-entitled album and I LOVE IT! My favorite songs are "You Found Me" (even though it's been played a ton lately on the radio. i don't think it's one of those songs that gets old!) "Never Say Never" is also a really good song. Cool story: So I was writing one of my scripts and i thought that this song went along with the storyline really well and i wrote it in. then, the next day they were playing "Never Say Never" on the actual tv show i was writing my script about!!! INSANE!! I'm so intuitive. That was just one of those moments when I think to myself "You can do this for a career, Tobie" and then i realize how little credit screenwriters are given nowadays and i quickly change my mind and go back to the whole "You should move to Spain and teach English" plan. But seriously, when i saw that "Never Say Never" was playing on an actual episode my mouth dropped and i was so proud of myself for actually calling (so to speak) what song was going to be on the show!! it was amazing! anyway...everyone should listen to The Fray's new album and their last one too! Because once i realized how great their newest album is I went back and listened to their older one more closely and realized that the other album is just as good. Honestly though, every single song they've written is AMAZING! So yeah...I just had to rant and rave about The Fray since I've been obsessed with them lately and its got me REALLY wanting to go to the Jack's Mannequin/The Fray concert over the summer!! If only i didn't need to have surgery :(

MY FIRST PHOENIX SUNS GAME!!! it's about time!

my mom took me to my first suns game this week and it was AMAZING. it kind of sucked because i already knew that they weren't going to make the play-offs this season, so this game didn't really mean much but it was still fun. AND THEY WON!!

I was watching very intently as you can tell. It was so cool because i got to see EVERYTHING! even the stuff that happens during the commercials. i was very pleased as you can tell.

this is me with our tickets at the front of US Airways Center. i was SOOOO excited for the game!!

here's me and my mom in our box suite...that's right! we were in a suite and the seats were pretty good.

there they are...my phoenix suns in a huddle!!! heck yeah!! i still can't believe i was there!!
GO SUNS!! HOPEFULLY THEY DO BETTER NEXT SEASON!!

The Hilton/ Mormon Girls Gone WILD!!

I had the WILDEST time ever on Friday with these 4 lovely ladies! We marched our way to the top of the Hilton (mountain/hill...we haven't decided, that's why it's the HILTON!). I fell on my bum bum on the way down because it was super steep!! Afterwards, we used our good grades pyramid of prizes thing-a-magig and got a free taco!! And then we ding-dong-ditched Joe's house...we were pretty much WILD!!! lol.

My Surgery Date

So i just went to see my doctor a few months ago and my official surgery date is June 10th. First off all, I am really bummed because I'll be in the hospital over Andrea's birthday and we always spend her birthday together just her and I. However, I'm really exited/worried because her and Gina have something planned that they're going to do for me while I'm half-concious and loopy. Because first off all, I am already crazy to begin with and so who knows what's going to happen when i'm on drugs. This should be interesting. Angela told me that she tried eating her cell phone after her surgery...who knows what i'm going to try and do.

Wow...It's been forever!!!

Okay, so i realize that i haven't posted something on my blog in forever!! the thing is, some little thing called "Facebook" came along and now every second of free time I have is spent on there. So my blog has definitely been neglected lately. However, i have so so so much to talk about! I'll just make this post my "APOLOGY" post and be prepared to see several other posts following this.
