I'M SO EXCITED!! AND I JUST CAN'T HIDE IT!!!

As of Thursday...I AM A FULLY LICENSED DRIVER!!! it's so crazy!!! but i'll have to wait a while to drive on my own because my parents don't have me insured...and i still haven't finished my personal progress :( but i'm trying!! my mom completely suprised me by taking me out of school, running me to the MVD, getting my license for me, and then taking me to Panda Express for lunch!!! it was such a good day!!!

Season 8 of Smallville!!!!

So, i honestly think that this season of Smallville was much needed after a terrible 7th season!!! it is finally getting good and straight the real matter: CLARK KENT AS SUPERMAN!!!!! we are finally out of Smallville and in Metropolis where the REAL action begins!!! if season 8 keeps going like it's been, i'd say it's making it's way up there on the Best Season's of Smallville list for sure!!!

Poor, Poor, Michael Gurr!!

So there is this kid that was in my Seminary class last semester and a couple months ago we heard that he had made it to the "national televised auditions" of American Idol!!! we were all so excited for him, but none of us were allowed to hear him sing because for "media purposes" he had to sign a release form and vow not to sing until the show aired. So everyone just assumed that he had to be this AMAZING singer.....we thought wrong!! if you didn't watch American Idol last night, go check out our pooor poor michael gurr getting completely humiliated in front of the entire nation!!! at least he can laugh at himself!!

Is My Blog Screwed Up?!?!

okay, so Gina kept telling me that my blog settings were messed up and i didn't believe her until i went over to her house and saw it for myself. when i look at my blog on my computer everything seems normal, but when i saw it on hers it seems that i have 2 playlists that play and a huge long html code at the top of the screen!!!! she told me that she figured that i have 2 playlists running because i have like more than 200 songs on them so it had to use another playlist. If anyone else has these same problems, please let me know so that i can fix them!!!!

Everyone that has iTunes on their computer should get the free download of the week!! It's from "Company of Thieves" and they are a great band!! Plus, this is a VERY rare time that iTunes actually puts up a decent download!!!

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button!!

I'm really excited to see this movie on Saturday with my grandma!!! Her and my grandpa and I are going and then afterwards she is taking me to Panda Express (my favorite place in the whole wide world!!). it is part of her Christmas present to me! and she told me i could see any movie i wanted, PG-13 or not!!! Whooohoooo!! so i am totally taking advantage of this and we are going to see "The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button"!!! i thought about going to see Twilight, but so many people have talked about it already that im not as eager to see it anymore...plus, i can watch the whole movie on youtube if i really want to. Well, after i see the movie i'll give everyone a full review on it!! Hopefully it's a good choice, because the movie is 3 hours long!!!!

"Even Now"!!!!! I've missed Chris Carrabba's beautiful voice!!!!

So i went to absolutepunk.net today and found out that Dashboard Confessional has a clip of their new song out called "Even Now"!!! It's only a clip, but it's going to be an AMAZING song!!!! I also found out some other interesting Dashboard Confessional news!!! Did you know that the song "These Bones" was written after Chris Carrabba read the Twilight series?! It's basically dedicated to the story!! Which is soooo cool!! I also found this video on youtube that was when he was on the RockbandLive Tour that I WENT TO!!! and it has him talking about Twilight!! he is sooooo hilarious!!! i love Chris Carrabba!!!! Natalie Walker is AMAAAAAZING!!!!

So i love the song "Colorblind" by the Counting Crows and i recently found this cover that Natalie Walker did and i think i might even like her version better than the original because it is soo pretty!!! it should definantly be featured on a show or something because it is a beautiful song!! i listened to the rest of Natalie Walker's album "Modern Angel" and have fallen in love with her voice!!!! Everyone should check out her album "Modern Angel" and definantly listen to her version of "Colorblind".

Season Finale of Season 5 of One Tree Hill

The episode is called "What Comes After The Blues" and it has the HUGEST CLIFFHANGER OF ALL TIME!!!! Lucas calling either Lindsey, Brooke, or Peyton and asking one of them to marry him in Vegas?!?! WHAT?!?! who is it?! i hope it's Brooke but i have a really strong feeling it's Peyton. Cause i mean, they're like the Joey-Dawson of One Tree Hill!! Hello...soul mates!! But I am forever a Lucas-Brooke fan. HA, GINA! anyway....TOMORROW ONE TREE HILL IS BACK!!!!! OMG!! I AM FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW!!! TOMORRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i just found out yesterday by my mother that the Tribune is no longer distributing newspapers everyday!!!!! only on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and i think Tuesday!!! NOOOOOOOOOO!!! what am i going to do at lunch now?!!?!! MY LIFE IS OVER!!!! i look forward to pulling out the newspaper at lunch everyday!!!! this is madness!! i'm going to complain to the board of newpaper people!! because this is just depressing!!! what if there is a Suns game on Tuesday? does that mean i have to wait until Friday to read about it?!?! OH NO NO NO NO NO!! i will NOT let this happen!!! my life is nothing without reading the newspaper at lunch!!! i am so upset right now!!! this is just too much!!! i'm going to cry!! don't they realize how important the newspaper is to a 16 year old girl?!?! i mean what if there is a HUGE natural disaster or terrorist attack on Tuesday?! people will have to wait until Friday to read it on neatly printed beautiful paper?! ARE THEY CRAZY?! i don't trust news anchors, they're too happy!! it's like there's some breaking news about a serial killer that is on the loose and they have this huge smile on their dumb faces!! not a care in the world!! UGH!! i'd rather read the newspaper than look at their happy faces!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! THIS IS NOT HAPPPENING!! THE WORLD HAS TO BE COMING TO AN END!!! DARN YOU ECONOMY!!! IT'S YOUR FAULT!!! I WON'T BE ABLE TO READ THE NEWSPAPERS EVERYDAY BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TREES OR ENOUGH MONEY TO PRODUCE THEM!!! DARN YOU!!!! I'M GOING TO TALK ABOUT THIS WITH OBAMA!!! HE NEEDS TO REALIZE THAT THE NEWSPAPER HAS BEEN AN EVERYDAY ROUTINE IN AMERICA FOR DECADES!!! DECADES!!!! IT'S LIKE...WHEN I THINK OF AMERICA? I THINK OF A BUSINESSMAN SITTING AT HIS DESK WITH A DONUT AND....A NEWSPAPER!!!!! EVERYDAY LIFE IN AMERICA!!! THE ECONOMY HAS DESTROYED THAT!!!! PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR, EVERYONE THAT HAS MADE IT THROUGH MY POST THUS FAR WITHOUT COMPLETELY EXITING OUT AND GOING TO DO SOMETHING ELSE...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! plant a tree!!!! go out and think to yourself "hey, if i plant this tree...Tobie can read the newspaper everyday! i think this could really help her during this difficult dark time in her life." I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT!! I REALLY WOULD!!!

Ahem...Gina? You really need to do something about your blog!! I know you check mine on a regular basis but i wish you'd do the same when it comes to updating YOUR blog!! Seriously...do you know how to put music on? how to get backgrounds? I CAN HELP YOU!!

My New Years Resolutions...

1. This is a BIG one if you know me...try to stop putting "used" tissues into my backpacks, purses, bags, etc.

2. Watch less television, write more scripts.

3. Study Spanish more often. For example, listening to the mexican radio channel, watching TeleNovela, going into Spanish chat rooms...just kidding about the last one...

4. Just focus more on school in general!! i really need to get my grades up in certain areas.

5. Go to the Dashboard Confessional concert...and make sure i safe up the money.
6. Completely eliminate Top 40 music from my music pallete....it's unhealthy in my opinion.

7. Laugh more...is that possible?! oh well, i'm gonna try.

8. Keep my room clean! I am SOOO proud of myself!! it's been spotless this entire winter break!!! i love it!!

9. Maybe re-decorate my room or something.

10. GET THAT RECORD PLAYER!!!! AND SOME COOL VINYL!!!!
