PF Changs/Wedding Reception/Love and Basketball

Don't you love it when all the boys in your family go on Fathers and Sons Outings? I know i do! Last night was GIRLS NIGHT because the boys were out of town!! First, my mom, sister, and i went out to PF Changs for dinner (which was delish! i ate so much that i had the HUGEST MOST UNATTRACTIVE piece of flab of fat hanging off the sides of my jeans...it was gross. now that volleyball season is over i am getting WAY out of shape.) anyway, afterwards we went to Cassie Cronin's wedding reception and got in line to congratulate them and afterwards we were planning on having cake...but we were so full from PF Chang's that we opted out. So as we're driving home, my little sister starts complaining that her stomache hurts really bad and i just told her "you probably ate too much. and you have no room to complain! do you see my huge belly right now? i look preggers!" a few minutes later, my sister had her head stretched out the window and was barfing all over the side of our car on a MAIN ROAD!! you should've seen the looks on the faces of people that were driving by us. so my mom pulls over to help my sister and i get out of the car to see if i can find something the clean the mess up with and see that the entire left side of our car is COVERED in PJ Changs Orange Chicken :) so after my sister was finished, we drove off making sure to stay on the inside lane so that nobody would catch a peek at the nasty view on the side of our car. the grossest part was the fact that once we got home it had all dried onto the car....ewwwwww!

anyway, hopefully i didn't gross you guys out too much but i thought i'd share how my GIRLS NIGHT OUT went. I also watched a REALLY good movie called "Love and Basketball" I'm not a huge fan of sports movies but this was definitely a GREAT one. I wish i could play basketball because it's such an intense game with so many emotions. And not only that, but there are so many great stories that come from the game of basketball. "Love and Basketball" was about a boy and a girl that lived next door to each other growing up. the girl was a tomboy who loved Magic Johnson and the Lakers and the boy had a father that played for the LA Clippers. the movie is seperated into 4 quarters (like how basketball is played) and each quarter is a stage in the lives of the boy and girl. The ending is so good and i think that everyone should watch it, whether you're a fan of basketball or not because it is still a great movie to see!
